In addition to her undergraduate education in Business Administration at Anadolu University, she completed her undergraduate studies in Sociology at Istanbul University with honors. She worked for many years as the Human Resources Manager at Ticaret Sigorta, one of Turkey’s leading corporate insurance companies. Afterwards, she continues to work as Human Resources Manager and General Manager Consultant at Polsan Button, one of the companies with large volume factories in Turkey. Continuing her academic studies at Anadolu University in the field of Human Resources, which is her area of expertise, Kesemen provides consultancy to AKA Law Firm in Human Resources and many administrative areas.

She speaks fluent English and is married with 2 children.
